Returning or Exchanging Your Product

At I Like That Lamp, we want you to be completely happy with the product(s) you purchase from us. If you're not satisfied with your product, we’ll gladly refund you or exchange your item within 30 days of your date of purchase. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless your product is damaged or defective. In this case, simply send us your shipping receipt and we will happily reimburse you for the expense. 

 

Damaged or Defective Goods

It happens to the best of us. From time to time, an item will become damaged or misplace pieces during the packing and shipment process. If you’ve received an item that’s been damaged, is defective or is missing parts, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the flawed product, and we’ll promptly replace your item, or send you a full refund.

 

Sale Items

We rarely offer sales, but when we do, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on them. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unless you’ve received a damaged or defective item.
